By “Nasser and Abhirami Added to Kamal Haasan’s ‘Thug Life’ Cast”
The much-anticipated Tamil film ‘Thug Life’, featuring cinema legends Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, is currently halfway through its shooting schedule. As production gears up for the next phase, it has been announced that seasoned actor Nasser and actress Abirami have been added to the ensemble cast.
Nasser, a frequent collaborator with Kamal Haasan, is once again joining forces with the star actor. Actress Abhirami, who previously starred alongside Kamal Haasan in ‘Virumaandi’, will reunite with him on screen after twenty years. The production team shared their enthusiasm with the announcement: “Thrilled to introduce #Nasser and @abhiramiact to the exceptional #ThugLife cast.” Abirami, expressing her excitement, commented, “Keep dreaming… because dreams do come true!”
Simultaneously, the voice-over work for ‘Thug Life’ has commenced, with Kamal Haasan and Silambarasan TR recently starting their dubbing sessions. The film boasts an extensive ensemble cast featuring Kamal Haasan, Silambarasan TR, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, Gautham Karthik, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Joju George.
