Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or heavy cream whipped to soft peaks)

Snickers Layer:

  • 4 Snickers bars, chopped into small pieces

Caramel Drizzle (optional):

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Chocolate Drizzle (optional):

  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers (or Oreos) with melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
    • Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture into cupcake liners or ramekins. Press down firmly to form the base. Chill in the fridge while preparing the cheesecake layer.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
    • Gently fold in the whipped topping (or whipped cream) until fully combined.
  3. Assemble the Cups:
    • Spoon the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crusts. Smooth the tops with a spoon or spatula.
    • Sprinkle a generous amount of chopped Snickers over the cheesecake layer.
  4. Add Drizzles:
    • Drizzle caramel sauce and melted chocolate over the top for extra decadence.
  5. Chill:
