Preparation

Wash the chicken well and cut it into small bite-sized cubes.

In a bowl, add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, paprika, oregano, soy sauce, curd, and salt.

Mix everything well so the chicken pieces are fully coated in the masala.

Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes. This step makes the chicken juicy and flavorful.

Coating Process

Take another bowl and mix all-purpose flour and corn flour.
