India reached 300 for two in only 41.4 overs, completing the chase with plenty of time to spare. The result highlighted the strength of India’s batting lineup while also showing the impact of Kuldeep’s bowling during the first innings.
For West Indies, the match contained several positives despite the defeat. Greaves’ century was an important milestone, while Campbell’s aggressive start showed that the visitors could challenge India’s bowling attack.
