Ingredients
- 1 pack Maggi noodles
- 1¼ cups water
- 1 cheese slice (or 2 tbsp grated cheese, like mozzarella or processed cheese)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 small onion (finely chopped, optional)
- ½ small capsicum (finely chopped, optional)
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
- ½ tsp oregano or mixed herbs
- Salt (optional, since the Maggi masala has salt)
Instructions
- Prepare Vegetables (Optional):
Heat butter in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and capsicum. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until softened. - Cook Maggi:
- Add 1¼ cups of water to the same pan. Bring it to a boil.
- Add the Maggi noodles and the masala tastemaker that comes with the pack. Stir and let it cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Cheese:
- Once the noodles are almost cooked (but still a bit watery), add the cheese slice or grated cheese.
- Mix well until the cheese melts into the noodles, creating a creamy, cheesy texture.
- Season & Serve:
- Sprinkle chili flakes and oregano or mixed herbs for extra flavor.
