The prestigious Telangana Decade Celebrations organized by the government were grandly conducted. During these celebrations, a newly composed state anthem was unveiled. Prior to this, Chief Minister Revanth held a meeting at the Secretariat with ministers, party seniors, and allies, where he received several suggestions. Although there is a version of the anthem that is two and a half minutes long and a full version that is 10.40 minutes long, the Chief Minister clarified that the two and a half minute version with three stanzas would be used in government programs. On this occasion, the song sung by singers under the leadership of Keeravani delighted everyone. The Chief Minister agreed to MLA Koonamneni Sambasiva Rao’s suggestion to include Mughdum Mohinuddin’s name in the song. The names of Sheikh Bandagi and Komaram Bheem were also included in the song.

The song “Jaya Jayahe Telangana” was sung by none other than playback singer Revanth and singer Harika Narayan. Both of them beautifully rendered the song with their melodious voices. The social media posts shared by these two singers before the release of this song have now gone viral. Harika Narayan wrote, “Singing the new state anthem of Telangana is a moment that will be etched in history.
