Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong dal (split green gram)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste (optional)
- Sev (crunchy gram flour noodles) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Moong Dal:
- Wash the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for at least 2 hours. Drain and rinse the soaked dal.
- Boil the moong dal in a pot with enough water to cover it. Cook until the dal is tender but not mushy (approximately 5-7 minutes). Drain and let it cool.
