Amidst this, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy has filed another petition in the AP High Court, seeking a change of inquiry officers. Taking Pinnelli’s letter into consideration, the AP High Court has intriguingly ordered the EC and DGP to issue orders by tomorrow. Amidst this, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy filed another petition in the AP High Court seeking a change of inquiry officers. Taking Pinnelli’s letter into consideration, the High Court intriguingly ordered the Election Commission and DGP to issue orders by tomorrow. Macherla MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy thus filed another petition in the AP High Court.

He filed a lunch motion petition in the AP High Court requesting the replacement of the inquiry officers related to the cases registered against him during the AP Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. The court accepted the petition for hearing. In the petition, Pinnelli claimed that the investigation officers were targeting him. Consequently, the High Court ordered the Central Election Commission to decide on his request by tomorrow. Pinnelli specifically requested the replacement of the investigation officers and the IG in his petition. The High Court emphasized that the EC and DGP should consider Pinnelli’s letter.

Following the High Court’s instructions, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy made an entry into Palnadu. He eventually met with Palnadu district SP Mallika Garg. Around midnight on May 29, he appeared before the Palnadu SP with his lawyers and submitted the necessary documents as per the High Court’s orders. Pinnelli provided his residence address in Narasaraopet and his phone number to the SP.

The AP High Court granted bail to Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy in the election riot cases with several conditions. As part of these conditions, Pinnelli appeared before the SP. The court ordered him to report daily to the district SP and to the Returning Officer on the counting day. Additionally, he was instructed to surrender his passport to the court and remain within the parliamentary constituency. He was also asked to control his followers and provide his address and mobile number. Following the High Court’s orders, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy provided the details to the Palnadu SP. He handed over his passport through his lawyer, signed the register at the Palnadu district SP office, and left.
