By Ravi Teja, who previously starred in the action-packed film ‘Eagle,’ is preparing for his upcoming cinematic project, ‘Mr. Bachchan.’ Directed by Harish Shankar, the movie introduces Bhagyashree Borse as the female protagonist, making her debut in the Telugu film scene. Jagapathi Babu will portray the primary antagonist.
In an interview covered by 123Telugu, director Harish Shankar disclosed that the film’s production is almost finished, with 90% of the shooting completed. Only three songs are left to be filmed, with one scheduled in Hyderabad and the other two at different locations, including a picturesque spot in Kashmir rarely visited by filmmakers.

Riding a scooter and sporting long hair, Ravi Teja’s charismatic appearance in the poster has already sparked excitement among fans.
- ‘Mr. Bachchan’ is an official remake of the 2019 Hindi blockbuster ‘Raid,’ originally starring Ajay Devgn. In this Telugu adaptation, Ravi Teja assumes the role of a government employee who is expected to lead the charge in executing the country’s most significant raid on a corrupt politician’s residence, similar to the plot of the original film.
Harish Shankar’s update regarding the film’s advancement offers fans assurance that ‘Mr. Bachchan’ is steadily progressing towards completion. The filmmakers may soon unveil additional information regarding the film’s release or teaser.
