Butter coffee, also known as Bulletproof coffee, is a popular drink among those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet.

Preparation Of Butter Coffee:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
  • 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1-2 tablespoons of MCT oil or coconut oil

How to make it:

  1. Brew a cup of coffee using your preferred method. Make sure it’s hot and freshly brewed.
  2. In a blender, add the brewed coffee, unsalted grass-fed butter or ghee, and MCT oil or coconut oil.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 20-30 seconds until the mixture is creamy and frothy.
  4. Pour the blended butter coffee into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately.

You can adjust the quantities of butter and MCT oil according to your taste preferences and dietary needs. Some people like to add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Experiment and find what works best for you!
