Instructions:
- Prepare the Aloo Masala:
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Add the boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix everything well.
