The TDP and Janasena parties, having merged with the BJP, were officially announced by BJP’s national executive JP Nadda. A fierce battle is unfolding in the Andhra Pradesh general elections. However, clarity has emerged regarding the alliance aspect with the BJP. They have announced through their Twitter platforms that they warmly welcome the opinions of the TDP and Janasena. They have revealed plans to collaborate in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies. They stated that they will work together for the development of the nation and the state. Prime Minister Narendra Modi mentioned during his visit that BJP, TDP, and Janasena will join forces and move forward.

With this, until now, both the TDP and Janasena have jointly declared candidates. Chandrababu announced candidates for a total of 118 constituencies. However, more seats are expected to be announced soon. Chandrababu also mentioned that the announcement of seat sharing will be made within one or two days. Meanwhile, they are busy preparing the alliance manifesto for early release. They mentioned that 30 Assembly seats and 8 Lok Sabha seats have been allocated to Janasena-BJP. However, Janasena has already announced contests in 24 Assembly and 3 Lok Sabha constituencies. According to this calculation, it is known that BJP is contesting in 6 Assembly and 5 Parliament seats.
