Starring Glen Powell and Daisy Edgar-Jones, “Twisters” has received favorable reviews with a 78% critic rating and a 94% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. These scores surpass the original film’s ratings of 67% from critics and 58% from audiences.
Initial forecasts predicted an opening weekend of over $50 million. With strong performance in the heartland, expectations are rising to $60 million. Glen Powell’s appeal might lead to overperformance.
