Ingredients:
- 1 large dragon fruit (pink or white variety), peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
- Ice cubes (as per your preference)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dragon Fruit: Peel and chop the dragon fruit into small pieces. If you’d like, you can also freeze the pieces for a thicker shake.
- Blend Ingredients: Add the chopped dragon fruit, almond milk, honey (if using), and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth.
