Here’s simple recipe to make frappe coffee:

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 tsp
  • Sugar: 2 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • Cold water: 2-3 tbsp
  • Cold milk: 1 cup
  • Ice cubes: 4-5
  • Optional: Whipped cream or chocolate syrup for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Coffee Froth:
    • In a tall glass or a shaker, add instant coffee, sugar, and cold water.
    • Whisk vigorously (using a handheld frother or spoon) or shake in a jar until it becomes frothy and light.
  2. Assemble the Frappe:
    • Add ice cubes to a serving glass.
    • Pour the prepared frothy coffee over the ice.
  3. Add Milk:
    • Slowly pour cold milk over the frothy coffee. Stir gently if needed.
