According to a recent report, Apple’s much-anticipated smart home device—a new HomePod featuring a display—is reportedly encountering issues, leading to repeated delays in its mass production.

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that the latest forecasts indicate the device is likely to launch following Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in the third quarter of 2025.

“The production timeline for the display-equipped HomePod has faced several setbacks,” he stated. “Originally anticipated for 2024, as I predicted in 2023, it was pushed to the first quarter of 2025 and more recently postponed further to post-WWDC 2025, likely in the third quarter.”
