As part of the alliance, BJP candidates for Assembly and Lok Sabha seats have already received their nomination papers. Legal experts have been made available to assist with the submission of nominations and affidavits to ensure a smooth process. Some Telugu Desam Party candidates have already filed their nominations, while others will receive B-forms from party chief Chandrababu Naidu on the 21st of this month. TDP candidates will file their nominations between the 22nd and 25th of this month, taking advantage of auspicious dates. With the start of the nomination process, Chandrababu Naidu has decided to resolve the existing confusion surrounding seat allocation. By Saturday, he will have made decisions to change candidates in several constituencies.

Decision on TDP seat changes…
With the start of the nomination process, Chandrababu Naidu has come close to making decisions on candidate changes in some TDP constituencies. The most notable one is the Unguturu Assembly seat, where the party initially gave the ticket to sitting MLA Ramaraju. This decision was met with displeasure from former MLA Shivaramaraju, who expressed anger towards the leadership. In addition, there was pressure to offer a ticket to Raghurama Krishnam Raju, which forced the party to replace Ramaraju with Raghurama Krishnam Raju. It’s reported that Ramaraju will instead be given the position of West Godavari district party president. Another necessary change for TDP is in Anaparthy, where the seat has been allocated to the BJP.
