Minister Komatireddy demands Rs. 1crore relief package for Home Guard families. He reacted to the absence of CM KCR and former Chief Minister KCR from the assembly. ‘They should bring up issues in the assembly instead of avoiding it, attacking democracy, and endangering the lives of innocent people by organizing public meetings,’ said Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.
He emphasized that they should invite the assembly every day. He pointed out that not facing confrontation from KCR’s side, he understands that they are afraid and only speak strongly at the right time. They criticized the party BRS for accumulating funds of over hundreds of crores. Regardless of necessity, they arranged a meeting with 30 members by spending crores of funds. They are sending invitations by speaking lies and falsehoods.
They said that such acts reflect the arrogance of KCR even after losing power. They condemned Home Guards who sacrificed their lives by rallying with their cars and spending personal wealth to help them. They mentioned that Minister Komatireddy personally contributed two million rupees to the deceased Home Guard’s family. They urged the government to provide employment to his wife and ensure the education of their children until completion. Minister Komatireddy provided Rs. 1crore in compensation to the family of the deceased Home Guard, who was crushed under the wheels of the car of KCR’s convoy. They criticized KCR for sacrificing lives for his selfish political motives and demanded an immediate compensation of Rs. 1 crore for the Home Guard family.
