‘Daaku Maharaaj’ Day 9 Box Office: Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Film Crosses ₹109 Crores
The action-packed film Daaku Maharaaj, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, has emerged as a major success, earning over ₹109 crores globally and winning the hearts of fans and audiences alike.
The movie has garnered ₹109.4 crores worldwide, including an India Net collection of ₹79.62 crores and an India Gross of ₹92.9 crores. The overseas earnings amount to ₹16.5 crores, highlighting the film’s strong reception internationally.
In the Telugu market, Daaku Maharaaj has achieved a Net Box Office collection of ₹79.58 crores in nine days, with ₹1.27 crores earned on day nine alone, as per early estimates. The film had an outstanding opening day, collecting ₹25.35 crores.
However, the movie’s performance in the Tamil market has been lackluster, with total collections amounting to just ₹4 lakhs. The opening day brought in ₹1 lakh, followed by ₹2 lakhs and ₹1 lakh on the subsequent two days.
The film has been praised for its mix of action and emotional depth. It begins with a visually striking night action sequence that sets the tone for the story, which explores timeless themes of justice and retribution. Directed by Bobby Kolli, the narrative offers a fast-paced, mass-commercial entertainer with a blend of high-octane action and emotional resonance.
While the screenplay occasionally feels repetitive and predictable, the film provides enough drama and high points to keep audiences, especially Nandamuri Balakrishna’s fans, thoroughly engaged.
