Its acquisition will provide the EC Electronics Group with a greater presence in mainland Europe, as well as further manufacturing capacity through Liad’s site in Breda, the Netherlands.
Following this transaction, which marks the second acquisition after Rockpools’ investment in September 2022, the group’s Netherlands operations will continue to be overseen by Liad Managing Director who will re-invest in the group and join the EC Electronics Group board.
