Apple Music has just unveiled its list of the 100 Greatest Albums of All Time—a curated selection celebrating the most iconic records ever produced, assembled by Apple Music’s panel of experts. The announcement commenced with a 10-day countdown starting this week, revealing albums ranked 100 to 91. Users can look forward to discovering the rest of the list in the upcoming days.
The 100 Greatest Albums will be accessible on a dedicated new microsite, featuring exclusive content, special Apple Music Radio episodes, and more. The countdown will conclude on the final day with the unveiling of Apple Music’s top 10 albums of all time during a special broadcast radio event.
Expert Team Curates Apple Music’s 100 Greatest Albums List
The selection team also featured a distinguished group of artists, including Maren Morris, Pharrell Williams, J Balvin, Charli XCX, Mark Hoppus, Honey Dijon, and Nia Archives, alongside songwriters, producers, and industry professionals.
“100 Greatest Albums encapsulates everything that makes Apple Music the premier service for music enthusiasts — peak human curation, a profound appreciation for storytelling, and unparalleled music knowledge coupled with an even deeper passion for it,” said Rachel Newman, Apple Music’s Senior Director of Content and Editorial.
