  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

  5. Fry the cutlets on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Once done, remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
