when preparing cold coffee is the proportion of ingredients used. Balancing the quantities of milk, coffee, honey, and cream ensures a harmonious blend of flavors.

Preparation Of Cold Coffee:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • Milk or cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee beans and cold water. Stir to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated with water.
  2. Cover the jar or pitcher and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours.

  4. After the steeping time is complete, strain the coffee mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or a coffee filter into another container to remove the coffee grounds.
  5. Once strained, your cold brew coffee concentrate is ready. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  6. To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes.
  7. Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate over the ice cubes, leaving some space at the top of the glass.
  8. If desired, add sweetener to taste and stir until dissolved.
  9. Optional: Add milk or cream to your liking, stirring to combine.
  10. Taste and adjust the sweetness and creaminess according to your preference.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing cold coffee!

This cold brew coffee method produces a smooth, rich coffee concentrate that can be diluted with water or milk according to your taste preference.
