By General elections in Telangana are expected to be held soon. Along with the Lok Sabha elections, assembly elections are also taking place in Andhra Pradesh. In Telangana, only elections for 17 parliamentary seats are being held. These 17 parliamentary constituencies are fiercely contested among the triangular parties. The BJP, Congress, and TRS are all confident of winning double-digit seats. The dialogue war between these three parties has already begun. Power struggles are intensifying. In the 2019 parliamentary elections, the BJP won 9 seats, Congress 3, BJP 4, and MIM 1. Now, the BJP, Congress, and TRS are targeting to win double-digit seats. This time… the bar is set… the target is to win over 400 seats. BJP has specially focused on South India. In the previous Lok Sabha elections, BJP won 4 MP seats. Winning 12 out of the 17 MP seats in Telangana is considered feasible by Amit Shah.
In the 2019 elections, Congress won three MP seats. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Congress aims to win 14 MP seats. Hence, they have set their sights on winning 11 seats. The party in power… even they are facing challenges. Even leaders like Revanth Reddy may face difficulties in retaining their position as the Chief Minister.
Now, BRS has successfully established its dominance in power play. BRS, which won 9 MP seats in the previous elections, is now confidently aiming for double-digit wins.
