By In a spirited response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s criticism of the RJD and Congress within the INDIA bloc for engaging in dynastic politics, RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav vehemently addressed the issue during the opposition’s ‘Jan Vishwas Maharally’ at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Lalu, questioning Modi’s credentials, remarked, “Who is Narendra Modi to accuse us of dynastic politics? What can we do if Modi does not have a family of his own? He is childless and not even a true Hindu, as per Hindu traditions where a son is expected to shave his head and beard upon the demise of his parent. Modi did not adhere to this tradition when his mother passed away.” The rally marked the first display of solidarity among opposition parties following Bihar CM Nitish Kumar’s recent departure from the Mahagathbandhan alliance.
