Pawan knows not only where to win but also where to concede.

Pawan Kalyan is someone who knows not only where to win but also where to concede. Yes, every time he thought it was unavoidable, he chose to step back. Even when YSRCP leaders hurled abuses at him and attacked his character, he endured it. With steadfastness, Pawan did not cross the line he had drawn for himself. Putting aside party flags and personal agendas, he paved the way for the coalition’s victory.

When Pawan Kalyan founded the Jana Sena Party, he had nothing but his power craze. There was no financial or structural strength to back him. Yet, he stepped forward alone. Even though it appeared that there wasn’t a strong ground-level machinery, he grew the following of his Jana Sainiks. Throughout the ten-year journey of Jana Sena, despite numerous setbacks, Pawan never took a step back. He never compromised in questioning Jagan. By standing against injustice and confronting atrocities, Pawan connected deeply with the people. He brought together anti-Jagan forces for the people, disrupted YSRCP’s calculations with the slogan “Why not 175,” ensuring votes weren’t split and favored the coalition.

The YSRCP personally attacked Pawan Kalyan, who united the opposition to prevent the anti-government vote from splitting. Every day, they launched relentless attacks, hurling abuses. They intruded into his personal life, criticizing him for his three marriages, calling him names like ‘adopted son’ and mocking him as ‘Pavala Kalyan.’ They derided him as a ‘package star,’ belittling his efforts by saying he was playing hero roles in movies but had zero character in politics. They mocked him for coming during shooting gaps and engaging in weekend dramas. Despite all these insults, Pawan often became emotional in meetings with his Jana Sainiks, expressing that he endured everything for the future of Andhra Pradesh.

Pawan never insisted on his way stubbornly; he conceded whenever necessary. To dethrone Jagan, he even sacrificed seats, showing flexibility instead of stubbornness. Despite numerous conspiracies and tactics by YSRCP to break the coalition, Pawan never crossed his line. Even when mocked if he would be made the Chief Minister if the coalition won, or criticized for allegedly mortgaging Jana Sena for a package, Pawan remained unshaken. They insulted him, saying he was crazy, to which he responded by admitting his madness had a purpose, countering YSRCP leaders’ criticisms. He vowed that if he didn’t bring YSRCP to its knees for the sake of Andhra Pradesh, his name wouldn’t be Pawan Kalyan.

Enduring YSRCP’s concerted attacks, Pawan moved forward with his unique mark in forming the coalition and arranging the seats. He strongly conveyed to Jagan that he would go to any lengths for the state’s benefit. By taking the slogan “Hello AP, Bye-Bye YSRCP” to the public, he demonstrated what the final punch would look like.
