Determined to amplify voter awareness, a group of six scuba divers from Chennai’s Neelankarai area embarked on a unique mission. Venturing sixty feet underwater, they carried a mock Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and hoisted placards provided by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
